Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Marketing Departments in the development & execution of marketing initiatives, communications, events, and campaigns that elevate the Company brand
- Set Marketing goals and objectives for the business.
- Spot opportunities in the market and drive growth of the business
- Monitor & analyze customer feedback, product-related trends & promote product improvement
- Work with the product, sales & customer success to improve the user experience and marketing metrics through product-led growth
- Expand, develop, and maintain media relationships to create a positive external & internal image associated with brand recognition
- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
- Hire, lead & coach the marketing team
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- At least 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong inclination towards innovative fin-tech like Crypto, Defi
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans
- Product-led growth knowledge & growth hacking mindset
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Significant experience in working with influencing, and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience in effectively managing budgets
